Gate 5 is the closest entrance. We can arrange the balloon flight or the ATV tour when you confirm your booking.

Take-off at 6 am over the valley. You leave the hotel with time to spare to reach the meeting point.
Archaeological site
La puerta 5 es la más cercana del hotel: se llega caminando. Entra temprano, antes de que pegue el sol del mediodía, y si quieres recorre las nopaleras en cuatrimoto por la tarde.

Is there a minimum stay?
There is no minimum: one night is fine, even on weekends and holidays.
How do I pay?
We accept cards via Stripe, SPEI bank transfer and PayPal. A non-refundable 50% deposit holds the room and the balance is due 14 days before arrival; if you book less than 14 days out, payment is in full.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn't included, but every room has a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, and there are small restaurants and cafés minutes away.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes. Buses run from Mexico City's Terminal Norte to San Juan Teotihuacán, then a local taxi of about ten minutes.
Do you accept pets?
No.
Do children pay?
Under-12s pay no extra; the rate is per room.
