Gate 5 is the closest entrance. If you are interested in the balloon flight or an ATV tour, we can point you to trusted agencies and you book directly with them.

Take-off at 6 am over the valley. Best to leave the hotel with time to spare to reach the meeting point.

Is there a minimum stay?
There is no minimum: one night is fine, even on weekends and holidays.
How do I pay?
We accept cards via Stripe, SPEI bank transfer and PayPal. A non-refundable 50% deposit holds the room and the balance is due 14 days before arrival; if you book less than 14 days out, payment is in full.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn't included, but every room has a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, and there are small restaurants and cafés minutes away.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes. Buses run from Mexico City's Terminal Norte to San Juan Teotihuacán, then a local taxi of about ten minutes.
Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets.
Do children pay?
Under-12s pay no extra; the rate is per room.
