The 50% deposit holds the room and is non-refundable; the balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival, and if you book less than 14 days out, payment is 100% at the time of booking. Cancel more than 14 days ahead and we refund everything except the deposit; at 7 days or less there is no refund, though you can move your dates once, subject to availability.
Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you need longer, it costs $300 for each extra hour — not a flat fee — and depends on there being no arrival that same day. Ask the night before and we'll confirm how many hours we can give you.
If something breaks or goes missing, we charge an amount equal to or greater than the value of what was affected, based on what it costs to replace or repair. We always let you know first, with photos and an itemised cost — we never charge anything without explaining it.
